Your mission At Tennders we are looking for a Product Manager with logistics background that is going to be part of our product team. You will be responsible for the analysis, documentation, optimization and management of the requirements gathering, and you will do that by identifying the need of software project-specific demands and document them in a clear and binding way. Your profile You have experience in logistics in previous projects You are excellent identifying and resolving problems or situations developing alternative approaches and ideas You are experienced in requirements management and requirements management software. Comfortable in fast-paced and high-change environments. Fluent in English but Polish or Spanish or any additional language is a plus. You have the ability to create and maintain Technical Documentation and Reports, generate simple schedules and analyze large volumes of data. You have strong inter interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and establish good working relationships across departments. What You Will Do Coordinate, schedule and participate in the requirements assessments. Define current processes, propose optimal ones and define the scope for the new features. Develop the plans for requirements assessments, both informal and formal. Able to effectively use visualization tools (such as Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) to create workflow diagrams consistent with process best practices. Capture all stakeholder requirements. Conducts requirements engineering, scheduling, reliability, development, and evaluation, maintainability and analysis for training. Create well written documentation of the findings and/or proposals. Lead assessment effort in conducting both formal and informal evaluations and analysis. Analyze assessment results and make improvement/change recommendations. Supporting Project Managers and provide application information needed to support systems development, maintenance and fielding. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support monthly payroll activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and SALESmanago standards. Manage employee hiring administration processes, including contract and system administration. Execute activities related to the employment life cycle, e.g., starters, tim...e off administration, and leavers. Administer employee benefits and insurance in line with local laws, keeping employee data accurate and current. Responsible for the ongoing monthly payroll, and post-payroll activities. Support local and regional projects as needed. Key Requirements: Previous experience in human resources, payroll administration, or a similar role Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll laws, experience with calculating wages, benefits, and deductions Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information and payroll data.
