Over years of working to support early-stage teams through pre-acceleration programs, interactive workshops and matchmaking initiatives, the Foundation Supporting #OMGKRK has consistently received feedback from founders that the single most impactful action that helped them grow was one-on-one support from a mentor. #OMGKRK is implementing that feedback and recruiting ambitious and engaged early-stage founders who have a need for a mentor to support them with growth and related topics.
Founders must have an MVP and ideally early signs of traction and describe their business by completing the startup research form submitting data about their startup. This data will be used and shared to matchmake early-stage founders with an experienced founder or relevant expert.
Founders will be invited to one 45 minute session with a mentor in a Zoom breakout room at the conclusion of an upcoming Virtual Founders Breakfast. Founders will be connected to their mentor in advance via email and need to write an email in advance summarizing the topics they would like to discuss with their mentor. It is on mentees to pitch and secure additional meetings with their mentor. Only seven early-stage Founders will be selected. Mentors include prior speakers and experts from Virtual founders Breakfast along with other founders and decision-makers for #OMGKRK Member organizations.
Founders are also highly encouraged to register and participate in Virtual Founders Breakfast #11 on August 31st, 2021.
Completion Of Form Is Mandatory To Be Matched With A Mentor:
