Idea behind the event
Wake Up is a new monthly event dedicated for OMGKRK members and friends. We’re gathering for a breakfast meetup to build connections, network and expand your knowledge. First edition is dedicated mainly for HR teams.
We would like to kick off a series of HR-related meetings meant to introduce a certain up-to-date challenge and provoke exchange of know-how and best practices among our audience.

The new post-pandemic reality shows the urgent need for strategic HR activities focused on Employee Experience (EX). We have all experienced unprecedented shifts towards remote working, dynamic relocation of resources and acceleration of digitization. Organizations responded to them with agility, but thinking about the upcoming challenges, we already know how urgent it is to build flexible operating models based on two main pillars: a strong organizational culture and exceptional employee experiences at touch points with the organization. Employers face today’s challenges, such as the effects of remote working, fighting burnout, retaining talent, but too often they forget that it all starts with EX. Companies must now be much more human, inspiring, cooperative – focused on the continuous creation of EXPERIENCES for employees, experiences that will give meaning, be unique, remembered, and above all – will build trust and strong relationships with the company.
