The City Of Krakow has delivered the long-awaited outcome on which the company will execute the physical transformation of two dilapidated warehouse buildings in Zabłocie into a contemporary multi-disciplinary complex for business. The “Klaster Innowacji Społeczno-Gospodarczych Zabłocie 20.22” provides an opportunity to energize Krakow’s innovation and creative sector.
Mostostal Warszawa Offer Selected
There were five bids submitted in the tender process with the winning offer coming from Mostostal Warszawa with a budget of 39 253 583,09 zł, reports Gazeta Krakowska. Mostostal Warszawa is experienced is all areas of general construction with a long history and broad portfolio that includes the Polish Parliament Building and Świętokrzyski Bridge. In Krakow, the company is responsible for Tauron Arena.
Moving Ahead
If the winning bid is not withdrawn or invalidated in the coming days, the contract for the project can be signed in the coming weeks. Then the project will move the next phase which should include consultations and input from the community along with the preparation of the second tender of the project which will be for the building operator.
